1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.

3. Books, Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Book descriptions, cover images, formats and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.

4. Ebooks & Digital Delivery

Ebook (PDF/EPUB) orders are delivered as a download link after the order is confirmed. Digital items are licensed for your personal reading only and may not be resold or redistributed. Due to their nature, ebooks are generally non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, except where the file is defective.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for printed books and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.

7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a printed-book order before it is dispatched. After delivery, eligible printed books may be returned or exchanged within 7 days for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged item, with the book unused and in its original condition. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.

8. Privacy & Your Data

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the book text, cover art, excerpts, logos and graphics, belongs to Kalpurush Prokashoni or the author and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
